Crosstrainers
Fitness Forum

Opening the Door to
Fitness and Health to All People |
Crosstrainers Fitness Forum, located in Clinton
Township a Detroit suburb, isn't a typical gym but more of
an educational forum, hence the name. Nutrition and lifestyle
coaching is part of their
"service without limits", going above and beyond
to cater to teaching.
Visually the difference is seen and felt entering this fun
and electric atmosphere. Bright colors are a stimulating
part of the amazing interior. But it is the great staff that
motivates this niche market. Crosstrainers Fitness Forum
is off to a great start since their huge grand opening last
January.
This stand alone entity is a high performance work out facility
for all abilities and disabilities. They have wheel chair
accessible strength training. This is not a rehab center
but a club to work on all aspects of training from strength
to range of motion exercises. A paraplegic himself Christopher
Grobbel, of Crosstrainers Fitness Forum explains,
"This club's service is designed to help people overcome
adversity and open the door to fitness and health to all
people. We have created an integrated environment where disabled
and able bodied people can train side by side."
Paramount equipment fills the strength
training areas providing solutions for all the programs at
Crosstrainers Fitness Forum. |
