  The Body Building is a health and fitness club located in Van Wert, Ohio.  Their Grand Opening on February 3, 2006, attracted the community’s general population, seniors, and students. Even children as young as 7 years old found classes for aerobics, sports, and nutrition.
Per owners Neil and Ginny Schaadt, “It took us about a year to research equipment until we were able to come up with the true "WOW" factor.  With the help of Kelly Naylor (Design Fitness), we put together a fitness club that was pleasing to the eye and practical, all the way from the silver frame with navy pads and enclosed weight stacks, to our logo embroidered on the seat backs.  The trusted name of Paramount of course has not let us down with the durability of the equipment.  Members of all body types are able to use the equipment easily and understand how to adjust the machine for the perfect fit.  It's pretty nice when you are able to tell the member that anything that is yellow on the machines are adjustable and if they forget how to use the machine they can glance at the picture on the procedure label and quickly remember.  The equipment is definitely nice cosmetically, durable, and user friendly.”
The club features a Paramount XL Series selectorized circuit, Smith machine, a variety of benches, a cable crossover, and a total shoulder.
Members have been enjoying the club’s amenities which include Spinning, Cardio-Craze, BoxFit, Transform (circuit class), Pilates, Massage treatments, and Tanning. The Body Building also offers personal training and sports specific training for High school and Junior High students while the Cafe offers supplements, cold drinks, smoothies, salads, and sandwiches to keep hunger at bay. There are plans to add a Physical Therapist and/or Chiropractor in the future.
