T. Miller, CSCS, CCSP state, “We have members of all ages over
the age of 14. We also offer the SilverSneakers®
program through Healthcare Dimensions, Inc. This is a program where
senior members can use the fitness center for free and we get reimbursed
through their insurance.” The center offers yoga, pilates,
aerobics, SilverSneakers®, weight-loss programs, personal training,
and massage therapy. Dr. Justin T. Miller CSCS, CCSP states, “We chose Paramount equipment because we wanted the best equipment for our members. Paramount equipment is very easy to use, reliable, safe and effective. Every member who uses the equipment is amazed as to how well the equipment trains the specific body part that they are working. The illustrations on each machine helps members customize their workout to their needs.
