US Fitness & Chiropractic Center

US Fitness & Chiropractic Center opened their doors in November of 2003. Located in New Kensington, PA, this 10, 000 sq. ft. health and fitness facility has a chiropractic office in the gym. They serve 780 members ranging in age from high school students to senior citizens. Members benefit from the personal training, spinning, aerobic (including yoga, pilates) programs, and an indoor running track.

Paramount Advanced Performance System is used for the strength training. Owners, Dr. Lawrence and Denise York state, " We choose our Paramount equipment because of the quality, design, and appearance. Members love the feel of the equipment and its smooth cable design allowing them to get a great workout through the circuit. Our athletic teams target areas for strength and development. The football, wrestling and track coaches say "It's perfect because we can isolate muscles and utilize all the equipment for total body conditioning. It's great!

US Fitness is located in the Valley Sports Complex which is a 40,000 sq. ft. facility serving 15 communities in a 3 county area. They house a professional hockey ice rink, tennis courts, pro shop, arcade, plus meeting and party rooms.
