Paramount has now applied its Advanced Rotary Technology® to
five upper body plate loaded models. This patented
converging-axis design has been highly successful with
Paramount’s selectorized weight machines. Users
can now achieve those same training benefits with the
Rotary Plate Loaded models.
Unlike other brands of converging-axis machines, Paramount’s
press arms provide both adjustment for varying user
size as well as pivoting handles. Each of the 5 Rotary
Plate Loaded models comes standard with an easy to
adjust 6-position handle assembly. In addition, these
handles pivot through the range of motion allowing
complete articulation of the wrist, elbow and shoulder
joints.
6 Position Swivel Handle
The often overlooked axis of motion on converging movements is
the wrist joint. The A.R.T. handle pivot aligns with the
wrist joint. This feature combined with the single offset
axle design pivot allows for complete articulation of the
shoulder, elbow, and wrist creating a movement that is fluid
and free from impingement. This feature available on the
five rotary models.
