Remember that the software program you own should offer technical support. Contact them for solutions to software operation.
Opening Autocad Layout files with Canvas
If you have Canvas and need to open a floor plan file created in Autocad 2000, ask the Autocad user to save the layout file in R14 (version 14 of Autocad) then you will be able to open the file using Canvas.

Paramount does not supply files for the Following programs that were discontinued by their manufacturer:
PLANIX S0FTWARE
ACTRIX Technical 2000 SOFTWARE
